It’s that time again, when a Michigan father’s viral video becomes, well, viral again. Like clockwork, this ‘once you’ve seen it, you can’t unsee it’ video has come back around to remind all of us ‘single ladies’ that if your man likes it, he should most definitely put a ring on it.
Steve Haddad’s family said the dad was known for his sense of humor, so when his two daughters requested their dad join them in a dance to Beyonce’s 2008 hit song, “Single Ladies”, he didn’t just agree – he dove head first into the idea, donning matching black leotards and nude tights alongside his kids. Their outfits were a match for Beyonce’s look in her music video.

The performance was part of a family tradition, a lip-syncing contest, where creativity reigns supreme. “The girls were trying to come up with a brilliant idea to beat the competition which in this family it’s tough,” said Steve’s wife, Tina Spadaro Haddad. “I threw out the Beyoncé single ladies video.”
The girls BEGGED him and because he loves to make us laugh, through much nagging on our part he agreed.”
The hilarious video, which has now garnered more 19 million views on Facebook alone, shows Steve and his daughters flawlessly executing the choreography, albeit with a comedic twist. Tina, recalling the moment, said, “As it was happening I just thought ‘this is nuts.’” Despite initial nerves, Steve embraced the fun, although Tina jokes, “I don’t think he will EVER give us an encore presentation!”
The reaction online has been overwhelmingly positive, with viewers always praising the family’s humor and talent. “Please add a disclaimer next time – coffee just shot out my nose and I think I may have peed a little. HILARIOUS!!!” wrote one viewer. Another commented, “Awesome!!!! I have to show my husband and let him know he needs to step up his game!!!”

Reflecting on the experience, Tina expressed gratitude for the support, “Thanks Everyone. As you can tell the family had a BLAST watching!” She emphasized Steve’s commitment to being funny, “One thing about Steve is he always makes me laugh.”
In a world often filled with negativity, Steve Haddad’s willingness to go the extra mile for his daughters and spread joy has clearly struck a chord with millions. As Tina put it, “I think he’s enjoying it a little bit but he won’t admit it.” As for his next performance, Tina said we will likely have to wait a LONG time.

While we may not see Steve in a leotard again anytime soon, his memorable performance will undoubtedly remain etched in the minds of all who witnessed it become popular, once again.
